Placeholder notice: This is a template. Replace every [TODO: …] section with accurate, legally reviewed text before publishing. Consult a lawyer if needed.

Welcome to WireApp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WireApp Android application. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

[TODO: Confirm that by downloading or using the App, users agree to these Terms. State governing jurisdiction — e.g. "These Terms are governed by the laws of India."]

2. Description of Service

[TODO: Summarise what the App does — a tool for tradespeople to create and share material lists as PDFs. Confirm the app is free to use with an optional Pro upgrade.]

3. User Responsibilities

[TODO: Outline what users must not do — e.g. reverse engineer the app, use it for illegal purposes, submit false support tickets, abuse the free tier to circumvent paid features.]

4. Intellectual Property

[TODO: State ownership of app code, assets, and brand. Clarify that user-generated data (lists, client names) belongs to the user and is stored locally on their device.]

5. Paid Features and Billing

[TODO: When Pro is live, describe subscription tiers, billing cycles (monthly / yearly / lifetime), refund policy per Play Store rules, and how cancellation works.]

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

[TODO: Standard "as-is" disclaimer. The PDF output is informational; you are not liable if a tradesperson orders wrong quantities. Limit liability to the amount paid in the last 12 months.]

7. Termination

[TODO: State that you may suspend access for Terms violations. Describe what happens to user data on account deletion — e.g. local data is gone when app is uninstalled; Firebase records are deleted per your retention policy.]

8. Changes to Terms

[TODO: Describe notice period — e.g. "We will provide 30 days' notice of material changes via in-app notification or email where provided."]

9. Contact

[TODO: Provide a contact email and registered business address if required by your jurisdiction.]
