Welcome to WireApp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WireApp Android application. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using WireApp (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any dispute arising from them.
2. Description of Service
WireApp is a tool for electricians, plumbers, and other tradespeople to build material lists for a job and share them as a PDF with suppliers or clients. The core features — creating clients, categories, and material lists, and exporting and sharing PDFs — are free to use and work offline. The App also offers an optional one-time Pro upgrade (see Section 5). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You must not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where permitted by law; use the App to store or share unlawful content; submit false, abusive, or misleading support requests; or attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the Pro purchase or any security feature. You are responsible for the accuracy of the lists you create and the data you enter.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its code, design, branding, templates, and starter material lists, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App. The content you create — your clients, categories, lists, counts, and business name — belongs to you. This content is stored locally on your device, and you are responsible for it.
5. Paid Features and Billing
WireApp offers an optional Pro upgrade as a one-time purchase of ₹499 (price may vary by region and over time). There is no subscription, recurring charge, or free trial. Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and managed via our paywall provider (Superwall); your purchase is tied to your Google Play account and can be restored on a new device. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policies. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The PDFs and lists the App produces are tools to assist you; they are informational only, and you remain solely responsible for verifying quantities and specifications before ordering or relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from ordering errors, data loss (including loss of locally stored lists), or service interruptions. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which permanently removes the lists and other content stored locally on your device. Limited data we hold (such as your anonymous account or support requests) is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
